Successful project planning & Management with MS Project
With a depth of experience in Microsoft Project, I have developed a training course that aims to teach people how to successfully plan and manage a project with MS Project.
The focus is not on the technicalities of the software but on the practicalities of the tool.
The course is generally run for Project 2003 and Project 2007 as these are the two most common versions in use today, but it can be delivered for earlier versions as well.

The advanced features of Microsoft Project are only used by a small number of users. However, some of these features can greatly improve the usability of Project allowing you to construct your projects exactly how you want them rather than the way Microsoft decided upon. Working in a multiple project environment and enterprise resource planning can also be achieved with some of Projects more advanced features.
