Multiple Choice
The Multiple choice questions are the simplest format in the quiz. The question is set at the top of the question zone and directly below it are the four possible answers, labeled A to D. Choose your answer and click on it (not the letter). The Answer window will then tell you if you have made the correct choice or not, it will also give a short explanation on why it is or is not the correct answer.
Sort Into Order
A question is presented first. Below this there are a few answers or statements, each assigned a letter. Below them is a row of input boxes, to answer the question you must type the letters of the statements in the correct order in this column of boxes. With the answers in the boxes, click on the Submit button.
The Answer window will tell you if you have sorted the statements into the correct order. If you have not you can make a change to the order by re-typing the letters into the entry boxes and clicking once again on the Submit button.
Multiple Categories
In this type of question you are required to place items or statements into one of several categories.
Each item is listed and alongside it is a drop down box. Select the correct category from the drop down for each item and then click on the Submit Button
The Answer window will inform you whether all your choices were correct. If you are struggling to find the correct answers after several clicks on the submit button you may be offered a clue. The clue will show you which of the answers you have correct (shown in green) and which are wrong (red).
Multiple Answers
This is a multiple choice question where more than one answer can be correct. Each answer has a checkbox in place of the usual letter. Click the checkbox for each item which is correct, and then click on the Submit button.
The Answer window will inform you whether you have made the correct selection. If you don't have the correct selection, you will be told how many selections were wrong. When you don't have the correct selection, think again, change your answer by selecting or deselecting the relevant items and click submit again.
