Part 1 · Project Management with MS Project
Answer: CorrectIncorrect
Many people come to MS Project with the assumption that it will manage their project for them. MS Project does not manage a project, that is still the task of the Project Manager. It is important that you are clear on which parts of the Project Life Cycle you will use MS Project and on the areas where it will be of little or no help.
Example: Project does have some features which allow assigned tasked to be e-mailed to resources. Although this can be useful, it is no substitute for a conversation with a person.
