Trinity Projects: Web

Web Sites That Deliver

Web Site Design and Development

Trinity Projects branched out into web development in the late 1990's. From the start we have produced sites that are easy to maintain because we have always understood that during development every effort has to be made to separate what a web says and how it appears. This means that you can change the content of your site without having to worry about it's appearance and you can re-style your site without affecting it's content.

Portfolio

We have created several highly successful web sites.

  • The Omega Zone is a website for Christian Children's Ministry.
  • The Activity Zone is a not-for-profit web site for children. It's full of games, challenges and thought provoking activities. The Midget Gems section is updated on weekly basis so to keep the updating simple DOM Scripting is used to create the asymmetrical layout of each page.
  • The Copmanthorpe Web Site is an information source for the people of Copmanthorpe, a detached suburb south-west of York where Trinity Projects is based. The Shops page is the most popular on the site and is a great example of how a "DOM Scripting" enhancement can keep a site literally up-to-the-minute and thus give people a reason to keep visiting the site.
  • Copmanthorpe Carnival is a traditional village carnival which is quickly morphing in to a music festival. With people being attracted to the event from far and wide a web site was required to spread the word and let people know what is going on. Trinity Projects Web have produced a great looking web site with an elastic design and under the hood all the events are microforamtted to make them easy to add to your online calendar.
  • Number Fun is the web site of a primary school maths consultant. The client already had a strong brand image and high quality visuals which have been incorporated into the site. A recent update of the site was a good opportunity to "Bulletproof" the design, it's design will hold together on just about any size screen, large or small and it continues to display correctly if the user chooses to increase the text size in their browser.
  • The Home Zone is part of Number Fun, but this part of the site needed a very different image as is aimed at children rather than schools and teachers. The Home Zone makes use of some very cutting edge CSS and it's appearance will improve when new versions of Browsers are released. Currently only Safari can display it in all it's glory, but the other browsers will be catching up shortly.
